For Tourline Express we developed a corporate website with a customised content manager from which the user can access corporate information but also request a quote, calculate shipping rates, access the tracking of a shipment, locate the nearest office by zip code or town, find a delivery or collection point, sign up for your franchise chain or view job offers.
We also develop a customer-oriented member loyalty club, which offers points for each shipment made through this courier company. The Tourline customer accumulates points that can be exchanged for items from the gift catalogue, which works as an online shop where payment is made using the accumulated customer points. This club has a management system to maintain the catalogue of gifts and orders placed.
We also developed the online version of their corporate magazine on paper and the company's internal blog.
