Kantar Worldpanel is a company in which the respect for the style book is fundamental. Due to the large number of employees in the company, it became imperative to have a customized tool to optimize the creation of PowerPoint documents that scrupulously comply with the standards set by the style guide.
To achieve this, we developed the Creativity tool, a custom PowerPoint toolbar with a series of buttons that allow the user to create graphics, infographics, sections and content in their documents, as well as insert prefabricated elements such as maps, agendas, dividers or new slides, always respecting the styles.
To further optimize the document creation process, we created a library of images, flags, icons and logos in web gallery format protected with passwords and accessible directly from PowerPoint, so that the user could also insert one of these elements in their presentations without the need to download the image and embed it from the browser, and always using graphic elements offered by the marketing and communication department of the company.
This gallery has a backoffice from which it is possible to add more elements, which are synchronized automatically and in real time with the user's personalised toolbar, in addition to being able to have statistics on the users who connect or the most selected elements.
