We developed a platform with tailor-made programming for the sale and management of tickets, tourist packages, complements, subscriptions and tickets marketed by the coach transport company Sagalés. The platform allows the user to purchase tickets and pay via POS, change the name or destination of the ticket and download it in PDF format.
The platform manager, with different user roles, allows efficient management of the different lines, stops, timetables and services, as well as tickets, subscriptions, complements and tourist packages. Besides, admins are able to consult different reports, calendars and sales statistics.
Within the platform's programming project, we developed an API that allows the validation from an Android APP of tickets sold through the web, so that a ticket cannot be used if it has already expired or it can only be used once. The same API allows other operators or resellers to sell tickets and Sagalés tourist packages in their portals or applications, as well as to have all the information on lines, stops and schedules.
The project also has a virtual ticket office for the sale of tickets by authorized Sagalés salesmen, who are charged with credit or prepaid sales.
